
WHO IS COACH MAX?
I am first and foremost an athlete strength and conditioning coach. Being a former hockey and soccer player and having played at a high level in both, I want to give back and help athletes of all sports reach their full potential.
Maximizing sports performance for athletes is my first love. However, besides being a strength coach, I am also a "meat head". I love to train hard, learn about different training methods, and help others achieve their strength and body composition goals. Whether it be through coaching or education, I strive to help my fellow meat heads get crazy results.

Online coaching is for those looking to take their training and progress to a whole new level.
Coach Max is specialized in sports performance, off-season powerlifting, and body transformations (muscle gain and/or fat loss).

Individualized Program
Want an individualized program for you, but don't want to pay for the coaching?
You can get a customized 4-week program suited for your specific training goals.

Pre-Made Training Programs
If you're looking to spice your training up or don't know where to start, Trained by Coach Max offers pre-made training programs depending on your 1) training goal, 2) training frequency, and 3) training style preference.
These programs, although pre-made, offer some flexibility in that you can select a few of the movements based on preference and/or equipment availability.
